At Scleo Cosmetic, we strive to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms related to shipping and delivery:

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time All domestic orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier service disruptions or other unforeseen issues.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes We ship to valid addresses within India, including P.O. Boxes and PIN codes serviced by our courier partners.

International Shipping Policy We currently do offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Order Confirmation & Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Fairlook Cosmetic is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after delivery. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders Fairlook Cosmetic is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items for your claim process.
